Musician and Twin Cities native, Devon Anthony Johnson is dedicated to building a successful Film Scoring career by taking an innovative approach to Orchestra music. Music has been his passion for the past decade and through the study of piano, violin, guitar and bass, film scoring has become his greatest love. It allows him to enter another dimension as strings blend with brass, woodwinds and percussions so beautifully, thus altering the listener's emotions. Many people are oblivious to the music in the background while enjoying their favorite film or TV show but it is one of the most important parts. Film Scores give the audience a particular set of emotions while watching a gripping suspense thriller, an action-packed drama, a tear-jerking romance and even reality TV shows. It brings excitement, anticipation, fear, sadness or love. Orchestration is not limited to any one genre, which makes it such a timeless and beloved craft.
